Outlook XP/2000 Setup
1. Open Outlook.
2. Select “Tools” from the menu bar
near the top of the screen.
3. Select “E-mail Accounts” from
the dropdown menu.
4. A dialog box will appear. Select “Add
a New E-Mail Account.”
5. Click “Next.”
6. Select “POP3.”
7. Click “Next.”
8. Enter the name you want others to see in the “Name” box.
9. Enter your E-Mail address (located above!)
in the “E-Mail Address” box.
10. Enter “pop3.myrural.com” in the “Incoming
Mail Server” box.
11. Enter “smtp.myrural.coms” in the “Outgoing
Mail Server” box.
12. Enter your E-Mail address (located above!)
in the “User Name” box.
13. Click “Next.”
14. Select “Finish”
